I had the pleasure of speaking with Barbara Mayfield today. She is a loan originator at Ulster Savings Bank, here in Kingston. Barbara flipped open her note pad and started counting local mortgage inquiries that have come in since June 30th. These are not re-finances, these are new purchases.
