Some independent contractors find the home office model just doesn’t do it. But before you do something rash in terms of a space commitment you may want to ease into it with some of the alternative workspace models available along Kingston’s Digital Corridor.
For example, Brad Will has some awesome workspaces available above the Hudson Coffee Traders, in the heart of uptown Kingston.
Here’s what Brad has to say: “Affordable professional workstations perfect for individual use or small start ups. Single desk workstations available for $290/mo. or double for $350/mo. Area indicated represents individual space plus share of common space. Only four stations still available, sample areas highlighted on attached plan diagram. Rent includes utilities and property taxes, access and use of shared conference space, wifi, printers, fax machine, kitchenette, common work areas and storage. Located in Uptown Kingston, with ground floor coffee shop, great commercial neighborhood with restaurants and shops all around.” You can reach Brad at artonwall@earltlink.net for more details or to make an appointment to view this cool space.
hmmm, you moderating the comments? letting any get through? I thought I put one up here a couple of days ago…
well, maybe not… or here it is again
There’s another place uptown, the beahivekingston.com, a co worker space and organization with a bit of a public twist to it and some pleasant socializing into the mix.
It supports a more casual entry fee. I think the two are quite complementary, and actually, quite close together on Wall Street.
Here’s to synergy.
